Let’s start like this: we didn’t like the system, so we created our own.

The journey of Klout Agency began in December 2024, a pivotal moment in the personal journey of Kenza, our founder, a multifaceted creature with diverse passions, who was also a Research & Insights Director and Social Media Expert at We Are Social, a global creative agency leading the way in social media for over six years.

During a period of deep self-reflection and personal learning, she saw that:

+ adaptability became essential for businesses worldwide, coinciding with a trend of people leaving their jobs to pursue their true calling  #thegreatresignation.

+ we often put ourselves in boxes, but the only rules that matter are the ones we create for ourselves. She had a knack for advising her friends, building systems, shaping a vision and culture, and helping brands grow. So, why not do all three at once?

+ In a hyperconnected world, digital fatigue is real. We live in a time when people are increasingly overwhelmed by doom scrolling and repetitive content, drowning out the very messages we aim to share.

She helped brands for years and figured that branded posts usually fade into background noise.
